Scorebuddy recently hosted a workshop for Call Centre Management Masters students from DBS College in the Dublin office in The Guinness Enterprise Centre.

The workshop presented by Scorebuddy MD, Derek Corcoran, was informative and based on cloud technology in the call centre industry. Derek has been working on cloud based products for over 5 years, mainly call centre software and provided detailed technical expertise on the topic.

The 'Certificate in Strategic Contact Centre Innovation and Management' students regarded the presentation as "having been really good as an insight into the current arrangements in relation to Cloud services.  The group was also impressed, almost without exception, with the products of Sentient, and Scorebuddy in particular.", according to John Lamont of DBS.
